REFUND POLICY

At GetZevora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return within this period for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included where possible

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at support@getzevora.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other method used at checkout).

  • Refund approval: within 2 business days of receiving your return request (or returned item, where a return is required)
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not be asked to return a damaged or defective item at your own cost.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, please use the standard return process above.

EU & UK CUSTOMERS — RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund including standard delivery costs. To exercise this right, email us at support@getzevora.com within 14 days of delivery. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, our 30-day return policy above.

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

We may decline a return if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or the request is made outside the return window. This does not affect your statutory rights.
