ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • Canada & Australia: 8–14 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 10–18 business days after dispatch

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. We regularly run free shipping promotions.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once dispatched. You can track your shipment through the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, weather, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we'll work with you on a resolution; re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund after investigating with the carrier.
