At Zevora, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our personalized steel signs. Because each piece is custom-made to your exact specifications, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Personalized Items & Custom Orders

Because your sign is custom-manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the product arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error. Please double-check your spelling and personalization details before submitting your order, as we print exactly what you provide.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • A photo of the original packaging.

  • Your order number.

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we will either provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Since we begin the production process shortly after an order is placed to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of order placement. Once your order has entered the production queue, we are unable to stop the process or issue a cancellation.

Quality Inspection & Warranty

Our signs are laser-cut from high-quality steel and powder-coated for durability. While they are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, they are durable products that do not deteriorate with proper care.

  • What is not covered: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for issues arising from customer error, such as typos in the personalization provided at checkout, improper mounting, or unauthorized modifications.
