RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At GetZevora, we want you to love your grilling experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below for grills, grill accessories, and BBQ tools.


RETURNS

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags

  • Show no signs of physical damage, misuse, or installation

Products that have been used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, please provide:

  • Clear product images

  • Packaging images

  • A short unboxing video (recommended)

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team through our website

  • Share your order details and reason for return

  • Upload supporting images/videos (if applicable)

Please allow 2–5 business days for review and approval.

Once approved, pickup arrangements (if serviceable) or return shipping instructions will be shared.


EXCHANGES

7-Day Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defects

For grill accessories and tools, exchanges may also be approved for replacement requests, subject to inspection.

Exchange Eligibility

The product must:

  • Be in unused condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories

  • Pass the quality inspection process

Exchange Processing

Once approved, replacement processing typically takes 2–7 business days depending on stock availability.


REFUNDS

Store Credit / Refund Approval

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Store Credit, or

  • Refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

Refund eligibility depends on product condition and approval after inspection.

Processing Time

Approved refunds or store credits are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Prepaid Orders

Eligible prepaid order cancellations will be processed according to the approved refund policy.


WARRANTY & PRODUCT USAGE

For electrical grill products or powered accessories, customers are advised to follow the product instructions carefully.

Damage caused by:

  • Incorrect use

  • Improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • External damage or misuse

will not be covered under returns or exchanges.
